The item I received is damaged! What should I do?

Check your email for detailed instructions. I’ve got everything covered to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
How soon will I get my refund/exchange?
I know waiting to hear the result can be a bit like waiting for your favorite TV show to drop a new season – a tad anxious! You’ll know if your refund/exchange request is approved or not within 5 working days. To speed up the process, please provide a detailed description and photos. As they are small batch made it may be a repair or refund. Rest assured all the options will be discussed via email to ensure you’re left feeling happy.
